1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to ArcRabbit.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and M/S SAISUN TECHNOLOGY SERVICES, a sole proprietorship established under the laws of India, having its head office at No. 18, Abhayappa Layout N S Palya, B T M 2nd Stage, Bangalore - 560076, Karnataka, India (under the proprietorship of Subhashini Korlam) ("we", "us", "our", or "ArcRabbit").

These Terms govern your access to and use of ArcRabbit's website (arcrabbit.com), mobile applications, APIs, and associated knowledge workspace tools ("Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using ArcRabbit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Service.

2. Description of Service

ArcRabbit is an AI-powered personal knowledge companion that helps users capture, organize, analyze, and interact with information from web and media sources.

The Service allows users to:

• Save links and online media resources (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, web articles).
• Transcribe spoken audio and extract source-grounded factual items and structured summaries.
• Organize captured information into personal collections and calendar timelines.
• Search and retrieve saved ideas using vector semantic embeddings.
• Interact with an AI assistant contextualized on saved personal knowledge items.

ArcRabbit is a productivity and knowledge organization tool. It is not an alternative to independent verification, legal, financial, or professional advice.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

To access certain features of ArcRabbit, you must create an account. You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age (or 16 where required by local law).
• You will provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You will promptly notify us at dhanushk@arcrabbit.com of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

Ownership: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights in any notes, prompts, collections, and original materials you upload or submit to ArcRabbit ("User Content").

License to Operate: By submitting content or URLs to ArcRabbit, you grant M/S SAISUN TECHNOLOGY SERVICES a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transcribe, parse, analyze, and index your content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and providing the Service to you.

Third-Party Content: You represent that you have the requisite rights, licenses, or fair-dealing permissions to submit external URLs or content to the Service for your personal study, research, or productivity purposes.

5. Proprietary Rights of ArcRabbit

ArcRabbit, including its software architecture, user interfaces, branding, logos, algorithms, and design system, is the proprietary property of M/S SAISUN TECHNOLOGY SERVICES and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our prior written authorization.

6. AI-Generated Output Disclaimer

ArcRabbit uses large language models and artificial intelligence to transcribe, extract, summarize, and answer questions regarding saved content. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or imperfect transcriptions.
• AI summaries reflect automated processing of source materials and do not constitute endorsements by ArcRabbit.
• You are solely responsible for verifying critical facts, instructions, or recommendations before acting upon AI-generated outputs.

7. Acceptable Use and Prohibitions

You agree not to use ArcRabbit to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Infringe upon the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or privacy rights of any party.
• Transmit malware, viruses, automated bots, scrapers, or disruptive scripts.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, Turnstile security challenges, or authentication controls.
• Harass, abuse, or engage in defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful conduct.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach this Acceptable Use policy.

8. Termination and Account Deletion

You may terminate your account at any time through our in-app self-service deletion option or by visiting arcrabbit.com/delete-account. Upon deletion, all personal data, vector embeddings, and saved ideas are permanently cleared.

M/S SAISUN TECHNOLOGY SERVICES reserves the right to suspend or discontinue your access to the Service with or without notice if you materially breach these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, M/S SAISUN TECHNOLOGY SERVICES, ITS PROPRIETOR, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR THIRD-PARTY HOSTING DISRUPTIONS ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them, their subject matter, or your use of ArcRabbit shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree that the competent courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service.
