How to Delete Your Account

If you wish to terminate your account and remove all personal information, files, metadata, and database records from ArcRabbit, you have two options:

• In-App Self-Service Deletion: Open the workspace sidebar drawer (in our mobile app or web app), tap on your profile email under account settings, and click "Delete Account". This triggers an automated erasure pipeline (/api/auth/delete) that immediately purges your account.
• Email Request: Send an email from your registered account address to dhanushk@arcrabbit.com with the subject line "Request Data Deletion". Our support team will process this request within 48 hours.

What Data Is Permanently Erased?

To ensure full data privacy and compliance, we execute a complete cascade wipe of the following records linked to your User ID:

• Your Supabase Auth registration record (email, credentials, active session tokens).
• All saved text extractions, structured source facts, key points, action items, and analyzed links in ideas and saved_content.
• Your vector embeddings cache (used by the semantic Context Engine).
• All historic AI chat conversation threads, transcripts, and session titles.
• Any custom folders, files, tags, or collection organizations.

Timeline and Confirmation

Once initiated via in-app deletion, removal from active production databases is immediate and irreversible. Encrypted transient backup copies are fully overwritten within 14 days.
