At ArcRabbit (operated by M/S SAISUN TECHNOLOGY SERVICES), we stand behind the quality of our service. However, because our service includes non-recoverable third-party AI processing costs, video transcription expenses, and API infrastructure access, we generally offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases of our standard plans, provided you have not exceeded your fair-use API limits.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

• Initial Subscriptions: You may request a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial subscription if you are dissatisfied.
• Renewals: We do not offer refunds for automatic subscription renewals. You must cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid charges.
• Usage Exceedance: If you have utilized a significant portion of your AI credits or API quotas before requesting a refund, your request may be denied or pro-rated.

4. Abuse of the Policy
